      ... in the snow! Ava went tubing! She thought it was great! It's the first time they've taken Ava and now that they know how it works they will take her again! This is a great way to spend the my last few weeks travelling! I'm definitely happy to be here with family, even if I'm not used to the cold yet! I do miss the sunshine and beaches! But the trade off isn't so bad! ...

      ... fighting with each other, which apart from becoming tedious also got quite nasty. To top it off when they weren't fighting or trying to trip us up, they would turn their affections on each other ( cold shiver ).Of course the answer is easy right, we just take them across to the park and let them run and have fun. First warning from the owners was, you can't let the dogs off the leash as they will run off, what they hadn't told us was that at every opportunity ...

      ... exhibition of Egyptian artifacts and diggings was interesting in Oxford. Stratford Upon Avon is a quirky town centred around the birthplace of Shakespeare. We were entertained by impromptu performances, a walk through Shakespeare's house, strolling through the cobbled streets and seeing the boats on the lock. The Alverston Manor is a lovely hotel. Driving through the Cotswalds reminded me of the many homes I've seen ...

We also visit the site of New Place which no longer exists. The owner in 1756, Reverend Francis Gastrell got tired of visitors and destroyed a mulberry tree that had been planted by Shakespeare then in 1759 demolished the house to avoid paying the taxes. ...
