    ... back to their house and pinned the ears back. It was great catching up, John and Sandra are very gracious hosts.

    Far too many bottles of wine later it was 1.00am and with no more world issues that needed solving we hit the sack, knowing there was probably going to be a sore head or two the next day.

    Anyway, we finally got to our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our evening in Birmingham.

    The next morning saw us returning our hire car and taking the 2.5 hour flight to Malaga. We both loved Spain the last time we visited and made sure that it was back on our list of things to do for this time. Warm weather, paella, friendly Spaniards and more golf courses - what is there not to love?

    ... house, where he was born and grew up. Apparently he and his wife (Anne Hathaway) would have also lived there for a while after getting married. I absolutely LOVE this type of museum...it's kind of like playing house, and similar to touring Green Gables when we were in PEI. We also walked through the gift shop afterwards, and enjoyed looking at the funny merchandise that they've made, including a mug covered in quotes from Shakespeare that are actually insults, ...

    The job? Live in caring. Basically, you live with people who need day to day help, usually to stop them from having to go into Homes. Its usually for elderly people, but also for disabled people too, so they can be quite young.

    I had to do a week of training at Stratford-Upon-Avon (SUA), which from my research in Australia, was where Shakespeare was born and lived. I didnt know much else.
