    ... so no pictures I'm afraid. The best I can do is a photo of the security guard at the gate. The two hour tour was informative and the 15 acres quite beautiful.     I am learning so much this week. The course is proving to be better than I ever thought it would be. Being with like minded souls is truly inspirational. We learnt about research sources today, so I now have a list of places I need to visit to get the background for my story. This will require another visit to London, so I'm not sure if I will pop back there this trip, or have to come back again in the not too distant future. Decisions, ...

    ... Queenstown, where we plan to base ourselves and get a job (sob) over Christmas. From there we can go out to visit the glaciers in Wanaka along with Lake Tekapo and Mount Cook. We anticipate to be in Queenstown from around mid October until March, summertime. Having said all this we have no time constraints or anything concrete booked as yet so don't be surprised if this all changes. We will keep you updated on here ...

    ... Upon-Avon. Surprisingly, we find accommodation really easy to get and not as expensive as we had thought it would be - given the location and the fact that it was a long weekend.

    We pull up at the Holiday Inn, unpack and then head to the bar for drinks, dinner and an early night as we watch the rain stream down and wonder whether we will see any more sunshine for the rest of the trip?

    Well another scarce continental breakfast at out hotel in crewe barely filled us up before we were on the road by 8am. Our first destination was Warwick castle. Warwick castle is a very commercialized castle and feels a bit like a theme park. They did have a great show and actors as actresses all over the grounds performing demonstrations and acting out scenes similar to what would have been happening in medieval times. They ...
