... les mains moites que nous approchons de Monro Beach... Il est tard, il faut marcher 1h30 pour atteindre la plage et il ne faut pas oublier que personne n'a d'informations précises sur ces manchots « Nobody knows what they do and where they go ». That West Coast Feelin'
... to bed at Fox Glacier enabled us to get up for a dawn walk at the infamous Lake Matheson where morning light creates fabulous reflections of Mount Cook and Mount Tasman. What is usually a 1.5 hour walk took us about 3 hours as we both photographed the incredible views of the rainforest, the lake and the mountains. Franz Josef via Fox to Haast
After a night of being kept awake by a drunken load of Back Packers, we woke up to noise of the rain in the roof. By the time we had got up and showered the Sun had come out. Off to see the second Glazier in Fox so hope the mist clears up so I see it. We stopped at Lake Matheson as the views of Mt Tasman and Mt Cook from the lake are supposed to be postcard views.
