A QUIET LITTLE PLACE

Off to a nearby restaurant for lunch after first all agreeing to have a BBQ pork dinner. Tried a Krakonos beer that Jan and Arjan liked more than me. Ordered in Czech my country plate, the waitress having to think about it for a second but nil repeated or pointed to. The chit chat was pretty good before the even better meal arrived. The people in small town Czech Republic are not rich. The two towns I visit may not be good representations of how all are in the Czech Republic, but they are poor and not well kept. The people seem to be less healthy as well, lots of smoking and many amputees roaming the streets. A very sad picture indeed. Buildings are falling apart ...
Day 5 - Celebrations with the family
