... staying at a Bed and Breakfast within walking distance to town. We explored the town and had a late dinner on an outdoor patio, along with many locals. We realized that there is a great deal of English spoken in Barcelona but our Spanish Phrasebooks and sign language came in very handy today. We'll leave for the 4 hour drive to Madrid early tomorrow ...

Sore bum and swollen ankles. Had to change buses in Zaragoza. Couldn't find correct bus stand as the electronic timetable display thing didn't seem to include my destination or the time I had printed on my ticket. Being a Sunday there was no staff around except for one witch of a woman ...

What an interesting experience watching baby hamsters grow from birth. We weren't even expecting it. Gimena took the two hamsters we have to school for show and tell one day. When the teacher gave them back, she said "oh an the babies are so tiny and cute". Our first response was "what babies??!!" Apparently one of the hamsters had 5 ...
