I noticed Meschacque had an interesting gadget just outside the house: a battery powered hibachi. When the three D-cell batteries are connected they run a small fan that blows air up through the bottom of ...

... to get me at about 11AM. The men had arrived. We headed around the hotel to grab a little grass roofed pavilion for ourselves. We ordered "un sucre" for each of us. I had an orange Fanta. We talked about local needs and policies and had very productive meeting. After the meeting, I took my leave and headed back to the room to rest and cool down. It was up to 33 deg C today.
