    ... It is an inspiration to me, and so unexpected, that my dear son Ed is proving an inspiration with his positive attitude throughout his walking tiredness.     ... the cliffs treasures, they are perfect. That whipping wind just bounces off you rather than strippping you of any warmth, making you head for your towel.

    We had this pretty much to ourselves as most people on the beach were content to stay within the reach of the fab coffee shop, cool lifeguards and rentable surfboards. We stayed until gone seven, in the rocks, sheltered and warm. Another beautiful day began to end.......
