... t terrace our hilly farmland in Ontario?Our guess-timating travel time has not been that accurate thus far, so we were pleasantly surprised to have arrived at our destination at the expected time of five o’clock. Our destination for the night was a KOA. We chose a KOA because we felt Carson needed some fun activity time to make up for the long travel day. Reggie made it! For those who don't know the story--Reggie is our minivan (the manvan) that we've had for years and has literally carried us from coast to coast (to the west coast numerous times). When Joe and the kids named the car Reggie it became a part of the family. One piece of advice, do not name your car because it will be oh so hard to let it go. :)

... A footbridge over the Platte takes us to grocery shopping, REI and an area full of shops and restaurants. In the opposite direction a pedestrian bridge takes us over the tracks to Union Station and Downtown Denver. Light Rail, buses and the free 16th street mall shuttle are just 5 minutes away. Public transportation is important as we have no car!
