Some busy planting on a limestone crag was mildly interesting but overall it didn't really live up to the write-up in the brochure in my humble opinion even if Alan Titchmarsh had featured it on his Love your Garden TV programme! Not a garden I will be in a hurry to return to, methinks.

Took a 'steamer' to Lakeside and visited the Car Musuem. The Museum has some interesting cars, but nothing that cannot be seen elsewhere. The collection of motor cycles, however, is exceptional. Best feature of the museum is the Campbell display.
