Day 3 coast to coast and we both went to breakfast tired. Neither of us have ever walked so far in consecutive days, even in training. I had to put Compeeds on both feet before putting on my socks and we both had to dose up with Ibuprofen for sore feet and joints. Poor old Katrina (though not as old as her husband) struggled today.
