There was a giant greenhouse called an Orangerie, a French Garden, English Garden, and Botanical Garden.  Beyond those were the palace and pools along with a series of fountains and the massive Gloriette overlooking the property from atop the hill. When we woke up this morning the weather looked really ominous. Rain, clouds, and chilly temps. We didn't have much hope of enjoying the day walking around Vienna. Breakfast was a little less enthusiastic this morning, too, as we were all still full from the big Austrian feast on board ship last night!! So, off we went on the buses to the city center thinking that maybe we wouldn't be able to see much. How wrong!

... my next stop is still up in the air-- I will go somewhere to the southwest, so that I can keep making my way to Spain and don't have to purchase any trans-European tickets.  I'm thinking somewhere in Northern Italy, but I'm going to reach out to some people I've been travelling with to see if there might be a free place to stay.  If anyone has any recommendations I'm all ears! The concert was moving, we thought that it was better this time. The music echoed throughout the church on many occasions. One fun part was to see that the cellist was the same person who played at the dinner concert.
