    ... town has the cobbled streets and a lot of eateries, but certainly rely on tourism to sustain them. We've tried some different foods and deserts, and thankfully we've walked off of the extra calories (I hope anyway). Tomorrow we have a train adventure getting through the Alps to Interlakken Switzerland. We have 5 different trains between 0700 and 1500, a few have 4 minutes between switching trains (ie finding the train, platform number etc). Wish us luck that we don't miss any ...

We walked to old town (seems like every where we go we visit an old town, but these are really really old towns with castles and monasteries) and had a "Mexican" meal from an German chef.     We picked up our car in Munich, got out of town by 11:00. We had decided to save Salzburg, Austria, for the end of the loop, so instead we headed south and west into Bavaria. Didn't get lost too many times trying to get out of Munich!

    Got to Fussen about 5:00, got checked in, did a short walk around town, then found a beer garden. The real work starts tomorrow.

    So what did you think of our view? Not too shabby....

    Traditional brekky of water, OJ, tea, coffee, boiled egg, bread rolls, ham, cheese, jams......

    Said goodbye to our hosts and the alpacas across the road.

    Went into town and bought Leon some new sunnies as his others had broken mysteriously and me a new camera as my other was damaged.
