... German dishes. The daily soup turned out to be a Vietnamese vegetable soup with black beans which was served with some bread. At first I thought it was quite lightly seasoned, but it was still enjoyable and the light seasoning allowed the flavours of the vegetables to shine nicely. Going to the Theater

... circus acts, acting, singing, and instrument playing. The actors of the theater production created every aspect of the performance including the script, costumes, and songs. It was a lot of fun and the theater was old fashioned and small. I was really impressed by how talented everybody was. Today Germany got its first snow but I think Vermont already theirs. Not sure how I feel about snow when it's only October but the old buildings sure look pretty frosted in dusty ...
