What I listened to: 80s 12” Disc one. Surprisingly this is as bad as it sounds! Fortunately two albums of jazz (looks left, raises eyebrow "Nice”) came to the rescue. The lush and sexy Coltraine and Hartman album that Dr Jim recommended and the wonderfully down-key In a Silent Way by Miles Davis who as Dan C would say is really rather special.

No news on jobs as yet. I had an interview last Monday, which went well & am now awaiting
reference checks. I heard from Viv that they have (finally) requested reference checks, which is nice to know. I also have another appointment tomorrow with a different company, so fingers
crossed.

Yesterday was chill and at home, so today I decided to venture forth and take the train into Wellington for some exploratory wandering.
