... a shuttle we got a reward in the hotel of Port Renfrew- burgers and fries. While waiting for the shuttle we met a guy who just finished the West Coast trail. He also had to fight rain and cold and hills and mud, but also steep ladders, two ferries and dangerous creek crossings - in total his trail took 7days. There was a documentary done on the lives of those who lived on the beach in the 80's if you're interested in learning more about it! Sombrio Beach is now a bustling provincial park full of campers, dogs, and of ...

... but the camera runs out of battery so I go back to the car and get the ipad hoping they will still be there when I return and I am in luck as I am really close to them and get some wonderful photos and get to watch this spectacular sight up close for quite a while.
On the drive back to Port Angeles we get stopped by officer Tilton for speeding (89 in a 60 zone) but he is very nice and just books us at doing 75 to keep the fine down but it's still $144 OUCH we have ...
