I didn't really know much about Anne Frank and her family before visiting but I'm so glad I went because it really taught me a lot about that time in history and how awful it really was for the jews. My visit has inspired me to read Anne's book so that will be my next read.

... was very fascinating. The way it is presented is really well done with facts and photo's in all the rooms to imagine just how tight and cramped it was with 8 people living in the tiny space. At the end of the tour they have a room with a video playing asking you questions as to what you think about certain political problems and racism in the world. They give you the statistics for the people in the room currently and the statistics for everyone that has been through the place. ...
