Travel Blogs from Taunton
Hi everyone, I arrived back in the UK yesterday after a very long journey about 26 hours total - fortunately I didn't feel too bad after it, just a little tired! I've had an amazing trip, thanks for reading the blog, it's been nice knowing that people have been keeping up with what I've been doing whilst I've been on my adventures. Even whilst I've been travelling I've planned a few more trips - I've well and truly caught the "travel bug"! I hope to see you all soon and show you the ...

So the time came and we had a wonderful flight on British Airways out of Orlando Florida to Gatwick London Airport. First stop was in Exeter, England at the Rougemont Thistle hotel for two nights. We got a wonderful ...
... did overrun this magical place, in 1953, when its shallow mountain stream became a roaring river but the people & the place recovered and its just picture postcard perfect now. One of its nicknames is little Switzerland and it has that look, all spires, lazy chimney smoke spiralling upwards and birds flying below you when you look down from Lynton towards Lynmouth.
The beach is stony and not its highlight but to sit on the beach and to be surrounded by towering cliffs is ...
