... soup. The next course was chicken and other meat, vegetables, corn. For dessert there was apple cake. Where we sat there was a big painting, and it was really dark and they had candles. ... seated. They have a tiny little spot where you can bag your groceries, and yes, you always have to bag your own (Angela, you would not be impressed!). I think it's likely not an issue for most as they shop every other day so their loads are small. For us, we try to get it all done at once, which means the people behind us sigh waiting while we try to bag our things. ... again speed along.....speed limit 130kph and have cars tearing past us. We stopped for a coffee break at a roadside stop where a magnificent buffet meal could have been had if we so desired. Their roadside stops are something to behold. Do travellers plan their breaks around these places??? Back on the road and a huge traffic jam brought us to a standstill.
