... The tent was to keep the humans from wandering into the bush and getting mauled by a hyena. We were tented in. We were in the animals' home, just borrowing a little piece of it for a short time so we could explore, discover, and learn.

That feeling stayed with me when we came across a pride of lions ten feet from us. We watched the male and the four lioness find a shady spot under a tree and rest until nightfall. Come night, the lioness would ...

A little scary but utterly beautiful. Arrived at the resort our luxury chalet was amazing, after lunch and a dip in the pool we headed out on our first three hour drive. The views were stunning and we saw lots of wild animals in their natural environments lions, springbok, elands, ...

... and their children as well as English.

My friend has decided that we would stop at two wineries. One was one of the newest in the region and the other was the oldest. The first we arrived to was the new one, Tokara. Although the structure was quite new, the wine and olives that that they grow on their property was fantastic. Most importantly, the views from the patio were great. The views ...
