... you can get it stamped here with the old Berlin stamp that they use to have when the Berlin Wall was still up! The person who stamped our passport told us that we were really close to "Checkpoint Charlie" so we made our way over there after getting lost a few times. Checkpoint Charlie was definitely a memorable site to see. It is the cold checkpoint where those from the West would go to the East to visit family members. Group efforts have succeeded in adding a photo to the blog. I have a few minutes before setting out on what proposes to be a walking tour of Berlin.
