Been to London to visit the Queen.

This has been built above the new Westfield Mall at Stratford, which is also Olympic Park. The mall is also connected to the tube station which makes transport very easy. No need to check for bedbugs or use earplugs here. It was very nice.

... and head north tomorrow for a few days. Edinburgh is a really cool city with huge amounts of history in comparison to Aus. Everywhere you look the buildings are amazing, especially the castle in the middle of town, which is perched on rock. I think at the time of deciding where to built it they said "Where is the hardest place to build a castle? I know, up there!".

... or our old primary school and a stop at our old house. Sadly the school was gone. It had consisted of two beautiful old buildings built in the 1800 but it had been demolished to make way for a new school. A bit sad really to lose that part of history in the area.
Next our old house and not alot has changed. As we were looking and taking pictures a little old lade stood in the window wondering who these strangers were and what was going on. ...
