... show: 'Wayra Fuerza Bruta'. It was amazing. You stand in the middle of this room. You get ushered around to different parts of the room. The show kind of happens around you. It is described as a cross between cirque du solei and a rave. Pretty accurate description. They even had a giant clear swimming pool overhead that people did artsy things in above us. Mitch had his and GKs jalopeno tequilas after the show and was very merry the rest of the night. A refreshing break ...

Then checked out the New York Public Library - unfortunately it was closed though. Met back up for dinner and some pre drinks (Stout, West 33rd St) before ...

Our tickets are scheduled for 1pm, surely that’ll give us enough time to negotiate the subway? Then shivers ran down my spine when I noticed the hairdryer in the bathroom (of course) complete with a plug socket & lots of warnings about electricity & water. Who knew?

And now for ...

This morning we had an early start, catching the 8.22 train into New York City. After arriving at Penn Station we made our way along 7th street to Times Square. We took a chance waiting in line to see if Broadway discounted theatre tickets were avaliable for purchase. With options on our side, we made a decision on 'Newsies'. Not only did we strike lucky on great seats, ...
