EARLY morning sight-seeing.
As we disembarked by 07:45 we saw many people going to work. Bicycles, cars, bus. But it was still completely dark until about 08:45! It was kind of interesting to be able to look into people's apartments as windows were lit up while they got ready for work.

The Great Fjord During Sunset

Munkholmen (Monk's Island)
Gudmund calls the island Alcatraz. This little island with a fort is situated in Trondheim harbor and served as Trondheim's execution ground and special prison in ancient times. Also, monks used to live there. What's more, it used to be a German fort during WWII. Gudmund and I had a picnic there while enjoying the view of Trondheim.
