Still eating 3 meals a day, restricted carbohydrate. No problems with wanting to particularly eat between meals, or after our evening meal in the evening.

Making coconut flour/oil bread and also almond butter bread as required, certainly get through a lot of eggs when I make 2 x coconut; 1 x almond = 18-19 eggs.

So typical day is:
Breakfast: one piece of coconut bread ...

... Francisco and Los Angeles to the tranquil surroundings of Death Valley, Yosemite Park and finally Hawaii. Spent loads and ate even more! Clothes definitely feel that bit tighter, but it was worth every penny!

... weather - walked down to the railway station, then l'deep' litter picked along the right hand side of the by=pass as far as the small roundabout. $ very heavy bags of litter to carry back to the collection point in the small lay-by on this bit of by-pass. Then walked up to Roger's workshop. Out for 3 hours - was knackered by it. Didn't know how much energy you can use up with a litter-picker that looks ...

Sift dry ingredients, add wet ones slowly into the mix, stir until smooth.
Grease small bread pan and fill.
40mins (-50mins according to original recipe but 40 mins long enough in my oven at 180 degrees C)
