... a good time admiring the stores selling Nemo-style plastic bags with one little fish in it and all other weird stuff I'd never thought I'd see in my life. After dinner we visited the ladies market, where you can buy anything you'd want (but especially sex toys seem to be a hit, felt almost like I was back in Nl!) and you can have your fortune told. I wish I'd made use of the services, so I could have asked about the weather in the Philipines. As ...

Following familiar routes again.

... of us were interested, so went back to sleep.

With 2 hours left, the cabin lights came on and it was time for breakfast. We unbelievably slept about 10 hours. Not bad for being 37,000 feet in the air and in an airplane bed. It is nice to have some different food choices on the international flights. For breakfast, in addition to a swiss cheese omelet and cereal, there was Congee (traditional ...

Finally, after our 26 hours of traveling we arrived at Hong Kong International Airport. Our bags arrived safely, passport control was a breeze, and we got out of the airport fairly quickly around 8:50 pm Hong Kong time. We then made our way to bus A21 to take us to a stop near our "Guesthouse" located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The bus ride was nice (double decker, air conditioned, and stops being read in cantonese and english). About 45 minutes later we ...
