... and then a 'cooked food' section on the third floor. While David explored the sights and smells of the two lower floors, Sonja went to the third floor. It was obviously where LOTS of workers met for lunch. A little overwhelmed, Sonja wondered about being able to find someone and be able to explain what we wanted. We sorted it out by finding a fridge with drink in it, pointing and with two fingers managed to get a drink each. We decided to try to eat here as well. The table ...

This was no exception; amongst the dried food hanging from the metal girders holding up the rooves were restaurants and families eating dinner in the open room behind their stalls. We don't look forward to today- 4 hours back to Singapore, 4 hours in Changi and then 11 hours back to Manchester. But...... We have had a fabulous time!

... we are well past that phase.

We spent the first two nights at the YMCA in a two-room suite overlooking HK Harbor. The YMCA is next door to the famed Peninsula Hotel. It was the most expensive room we've stayed in to date. Turns out we had to spend a lot of time in there, so it helped to have some extra space and a television with Cartoon Network. We discovered that we all had head lice, which required a multi-step removal process, including hours ...
