    ... 20 year olds hanging out in what I would call gothic attire. As I was doing laundry they would in turn just scream - not in pain or for help, just like releasing frustration at the world. My thought is maybe they are just trying to scare the tourists - it was beginning to work on me. I finished and ensured I was on the other side of the street with other tourists when I passed this crew. Made it to the hotel, and had a nice club sandwich and beer at the Dominican Hotel. Great night ...

    ... nearly blew us off the planet, but the view was stunning and they even had a beach house for us only trouble was it was so far off the beach we would need a trampoline to get into it.

    ... s friends, Ann Sophie and we had dinner with her. That night I tried some Cava (Spanish champaign) and another Omer beer. Saturday 22 June 2013: On Saturday we visited Ghent.     ... They had this little fire in a fire pit out in the garden, some skewers, and a bucket full of rectangle marshmallows (they were also half pink and half white) and cookies that resemble graham crackers. They had planned on this "american snack" just for me. So sweet. :)

    ... to us might be helpful. On almost every excursion, we wear headsets which allow us to hear our guide/program manager without having to be near where she/he is standing/walking. They are great for allowing you to catch every word, and they make nice ear muffs too. Once on the canal boat, the driver/guide used our program manager's set to point out the various buildings and tell us some of the history of Bruges.
