Our long trip to Nepal

... bedeckt war. Tja und dann steht man da auf einmal mitten im Base Camp und es ist einfach NICHTS da... Einzig 2 grosse Felsen, ein Haufen Gebetsfahnen und ein Banner mit der Aufschrift "Everest Base Camp 2012" sagt einem, dass man am Ziel ist. Gut, ich wusste, dass die Everest Expeditionen nur im April und Mai stattfinden aber ein bisschen mehr hatte ich doch erwartet. He joined us for breakfast and before we knew it we were off bumping along in a jeep along the crumbled roads of Kathmandu with the driver who had taken us from the airport.
