    she told me she is just on her way to meet some friends in a german berivian bar . we walked what must have been at least 35 mins further than where we origionally was, to find this berivian beer house ..

    That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp!     This was to be our last day. On waking we both wondered where 3 weeks had gone. It had just flown by. We only wished we could turn the clock back and start the holidays again. It had been so nice for Mac to meet all of Anthea's South African relatives, and spend time in the place she was born and grow up. We will be back often from now on.

    Breakfast! Did I mention breakfast? It was the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen. So much choice, and I knew I couldn't try everything. Ron was happy too, as there was a great seletion of cereals and fruit to start with. Black bread was a must, plus I tried a little peach jam and sour cherry jam. I also tried one of the cheeses - tastes exactly like the havarti I made and cut just before leaving home - success!!! I tried some of the sausages and what ...
