This day, we saw a lot from the windows of the coach; 202 miles of downhill scenery. We passed several ski areas, lots of farms, sheep, castle and church ruins, and beautiful country manors. We were able to see only the towers of Balmoral, as the Queen is in residence there now. And we stopped for a quick lunch in the town of Braemar.

We go to the official golf store as their are numerous unofficial all things golf shops all over town; we step foot on holy ground and go to the Swilcan Bridge on the 18th hole... it's nirvana, its ultra cool and its crowded with tourist who have waited in the piercing wind for the days tournament to finish so they can get a picture in a place that they (we) could never qualify to play on.
