Daphne House Olympos

got up somewhat early this morning and checked out. i went for a two hour hike up the mountain to check out the castle over looking the city of alanya. pretty impressive with a double wall around the whole thing. if i was attacking, i think i would seige it and starve the *******s inside. i think alanya for the most part is known for being a german resort town.

... people besides the two boats we were with were some like 55 year old low quality russian hookers and their clients for the night. an interesting sight. we had a fun group of people on our boat, about 15 of them and now most of us are staying at a really cool place in olympos, another beach town. chris managed not to get sunburnt and i am at a decent level of brown leather sofa.

Olympos is a Shangri-la for backpackers the perfect mix of casual days lying on a beach lined with Roman ruins scattered amongst wild grape vines, crystal clear water, and surrounded by steep forested valleys.

... boat in Olympos, but instead did the round trip back to Fethiye!! Six nights and seven days on the water were just what the doctor ordered. What a time! The trips were quite different - the trip out was a party boat of 20 and we did a LOT of partying. The group coming back was only 11 strong and were much more chilled. Great recovery time from my previous cruise.
