Leaving Tina's Guesthouse we said goodbye to Tiger Leaping Gorge. We drove to a village then walked an hour or so across country so we could cross the Jinsha river by "ferry" to Daju.
Our guides had done the TLG trek many times and so the first two days had run very smoothly. Apparently they have only run the rest of the trip a couple of times …

Talk about views ... WOW! After two long cable car rides we reach the mountain peak of Shika. It is 4500 meters (almost 15,000 ft) high. They actually sell oxygen bottles at the beginning of the trip and many people ended up using them. The air is so thiin merely taking a few steps winds you. Z nejakeho duvodu si mistni mysli, ze hazet strelny prach pres horici pochoden pod nohy nic netusicich turistu je velka sranda. Nam to ale tak humorne neprislo a videt manzelku na par sekund v plamenech a vydesenou k smrti bylo dost neprijemny.
