    Orientation with Bob and Lesson demos

    ... up next. I did manage to get through my 20 minutes, it went ok but I could feel myself getting warmer and warmer and lighter headed as the time clocked on. Straight after the lesson demo, we get taken away by Bob for a critique of the lesson where he is supposed to give us constructive criticism, so when I was finished we went to the review room with Bob.

    The critique:

    • Kirsty was too quiet and could practise confidence and time management.

    ... tree that you have to pay to go and we didn't, it's very popular with Chinese tourists as it features in many Chinese and Asian films. Then we cycled past Moon Hill which looks like Durdle Door. We got chased by old women lots trying to sell us tours, food and drink. We cycled down to the river and then turned back so we were back in time for English Corner.

    ... of karst mountains, you get the impression you've walked into a fairytale. The locations used in Avatar spring to mind, such is the scale of the scenery on offer, and I never tired of gazing at the postcard-worthy peaks.     ... karst mountains for a back drop it was a surreal and absolutely incredible experience. I really am running out of superlatives here but Sue and I were just "gob smacked". Part of the show involved people on their bamboo rafts holding flaming torches and when they passed somehow a stage emerged from the water and there were dancers, and singers performing on it. Just amazing but unfortunately not good for photography and sadly no pictures.


    I can't think of any other silly signs we've seen!
