... our group used markers to sign the gates and brick pillars. From Strawberry Fields, we travelled to Penny Lane where Phillip told us more of the back story for the song. As he was leading the tour, he would play Beatles tracks in the background which really added to the whole experience. Many students were singing along as we toured.

Our tour of Liverpool then moved into a more historical perspective.
