The night before
School's out, work is on pause and the cottage industry is closed for Christmas. It's finally here after months of waiting and we're all beside ourselves with excitement.
The bags are packed (with space to spare thanks to Annette's frugal choice of clothes) and we have even managed to find room for Ellie much to Esther's relief.
We've got so many exciting new experiences ahead of us crammed into a 7 week trip. South East Asia here we come!

Liverpool.....Yeh, Yeh, Yeh
... to contend with cancelled trains and major crowds. Upper lips remained stiffened, however, and beyond some chaos and misinformation, all remained calm. ... machine which was pretty funny. Today went back into the city and checked out the maritime museum as they had a 100th anniversary of the sinking of the titanic exhibit which was really cool. Had a quick goosey gander in the museum then wandered along the harbour to the Atlantic monument then back into the city taking pics here and there. Here we are on the train back to London. Easy day =)
... bread. We did have a little trip to Tesco in the middle since we didn't have a crusty loaf for the garlic bread. But once everything was said and done, we had made a beautiful meal and it was easily the best meal I had since I left the ship.
The perfect way to end such a lovely day was having a long chat to Edith and Dave. Those two are so amazing, I am so appreciative of their company and kindness towards me.
