Today we added another Scarborough to our collection. Apart from the original in the UK, we have been to one in Australia, South Africa and both North and South America. This Scarborough was in Tobago in the Caribbean. We had opted for a trek in the rain forest, which involved an early start because to get to the rainforest there was over an hour's drive in a somewhat bumpy minivan. ... I'm going to miss the relaxed laid back attitude. Granted someday's it drives me crazy...lol. We will definitely take that attitude back....slow down and take time to see the fishes. Just a saying Mike and I made here on the island.

We're off to see a football game tonight. T & T Olympic Qualifying Team against Finland's World Cup Qualifying Team. This should be amazing to see professional football players.

Well here we are…..nearing the end of our adventure.

Robynn and I are busy packing, anxiously waiting for "D" day (departure), and enjoying every minute of sunshine as possible.

I can honestly say that the sun, the warmth and swimming in the ocean have been something that we have taken for granted. Over the last couple of weeks we have probably had more sea bathes than ever. Mike gets home from work…..and ...

... half of the population does not eat pork. So they take everything else and make it taste like ham. I know....it makes no sense at all. Mike had chicken ham and he would have sworn that it was ham. The fish ham was weird, it actually was shaped like a ham, but had bones...ewww.

We are off to Sunday School tomorrow. Finally, after an entire year. I'm pretty sure that we are the only ones left that haven't been. So we've dusted off our bibles and ...
