... and wasnt ready to start working just yet. One thing people had warned me of before leaving was no matter how comfortable you get and how many friends you make always move on when you feel you have had enough time there as you may miss out on experiences! So when the surf camp came to a close we headed off to Byron Bay on the greyhound bus, this took about 4 hours so a pretty short journey. I was excited for Byron as I had heard so much about it!

... but it was ok. The good thing on the way we stopped off at a really nice waterfall and had some burgers before we left which were nice, Ben of course had 2. We got back to Nimbin and went out for tea and were really naughty and shared a Nutella calzone! Porkies! ... on at Spot X for my 3 day surf couse and said a sad goodbye to my Loka gang. Over the next few days I really began to get the hang of the whole surfing nonsense, hitting some big green waves and traversing along some dumping waves. I even got into the surfing lingo (see above). Spot X proved to be a really entertaining place with good people.
