yet another incredible place! last night we went to a kerelan dance show called Kathakali, which they normally perform in hindu temples during big festivals. two men paint their faces and wear huge costumes that weighed more than 20 kilos! it was one of the most bizzare things that i have ever seen, but amazing to have seen!

Such a place is said to be "cold" .... Means? 15 degrees I think! Well, when I think in France it's now around 0 at night, you can guess I was not complaining at all .... did not even think about it!

So... tomorrow came as did our noble steed Gineu, however, the very comfortable people carrier would have been extremely comfortable for 5 not 6. Peryiar Wildlife Sanctuary
From Alleppey we decided to head inland and visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary which has tigers, elephants and other animals. Its Stopped raining
Left Fort Cochin with our driver Joseph, to go to Munnar to see the wonderful tea plantations etc. BUT it rained buckets for 48 hours solid. Our room was damp but had fantastic view of the rain and tea planataions. Joseph took us to a very interesting tea museum where we also did some tea tasting.
