Hello all!

I apologize for the delay in this post, but the past few weeks have been very busy with finalizing my research project, writing the paper, and giving the presentation. I am all done now! My project turned out really well, and I am happy with what came of it, despite some interesting setbacks. My whole body was extremely sore from our ab workout yesterday, so I decided to take the day off. Our schedule for the day included the clinics in the morning and a tour of the hospital later on.
