... a spot of shopping. We are all loving the real shopping here, especially Mr Price which so so so cheap. Stellenbosch is a lovely quaint wine town, kinda feels like we are in the Hampton's or something similar, with all the gorgeous old white stone buildings and leafy streets. Very beautiful. This arvo we didn't do too much and had a pretty early night in preparation for tomorrow's wine tasting so it was off to sleep early ...

Bonnie had found us an all day wine tour for the 13 of us who wanted to go. Graham picked us up at nine and we headed north of the city to the wine country. We started at a marvellous place called Fairview where we sampled 8 excellent wines paired with 6 different goat and cow milk cheeses that were made on the property. This was followed by a lazy day wandering around the Waterfront, followed by dinner at African café called Gold. Very touristy but full of dancers, African food , colour , drums and music. Well, we are tourists after all!
