How to sum up Hong Kong ........ We can't yet we have only just scratched the surface so far, so perhaps we can tell you when we have to leave but our initial impressions are that I have never seen so many shops and restaurants ever ever ever. So I'm now half way there. Took off from London Heathrow on time and am now in the departure lounge of Hong Kong International airport.
