Unfortunately it was still raining so we decided to head back to the boat via the cruise bus. ... boots and bike, got an awesome Banana-Walnut Muffin (which saved my life as I almost collapsed in front of the counter of the bakery because of hunger :D), a shower and got onto the bus.

... of strangers!
You start with a hot waterfall. Almost too hot for me, and I’m a lover of really long hot showers. It tumbles over at 50 degrees though, having been heated 5km below. The water then makes its way through three small pools, which get cooler as you go.
I loved them, but the afternoon was all about the journey, and not the destination. The springs just a small refreshing interlude rather than the main event.

... second level. I was surprised how big the ferry actually was, it seemed to be much bigger than the one I remember taking over from Sorrento to Geelong in Victoria. We took the lift up to the passenger deck and found a comfortable seat at the front. After settling in, we took a walk around the sun deck once the ferry had departed although there was more wind than sun. We took one last look at Vancouver before sitting down for the 1 hour 45 minute trip.
