... for our dessert platter while AJ chewed her ear off about Palm trees and the good ol' days. ... was raining but never the less was still amazing. After this we popped down to scary canary bar to collect our free beer then back to bed. So today we went back to the opera house to get some pics in the sun but heard that the 25 degree heat was going to end and turn into a storm so we quickly caught a bus up to bindi beach where we finally saw sand and got in the sea!! ... the tallest building in the city at 250m with 360 degree panoramic views. Going into the tower you ride a very fast lift and are then shown a 4D short film of the city which is a bit **** if I'm honest but then you enter the observation deck - I had to do a little operatic 'aahhhh', the view is amazing!

I think that'll do for now…a flaming galah is screeching at me through the window so I may have to throw a boomerang at it...

We are all a little delicate today after spending the whole day yesterday at Bronte beach helping Darragh celebrate his 30th birthday. Really good fun! They have such a good setup, there's a big green area right beside the beach with picnic benches, plenty of shade and most importantly, free public barbecues. These guys have some life!!!
