We then headed back to Ipanema beach as it has definitely been our favourite place in Brazil so far. Here we took the bus, which was an experience in itself due to the sheer amount of people, and the speed of the bus!

I don't remember much after this as I decided I'd had enough beer and moved onto a more traditional (and much stronger) drink - cachaca. It's what they make capirinha cocktails out of. There were guys selling it out of big flasks for a quid a go and the plastic cups were almost as big as the beer glasses I'd been drinking from.
