      ... land which goes around the mar menor. It was very quiet and not much was happening there but it was still a cool place with the Mediterranean sea on one side and the mar menor on the other. The sunset was amazing over the mountains on the way back. Both the sunsets and sunrises here are very nice and they are beautiful colours!

      ... a trip to Paris, as well as painting, at least I have been painting, and of course lots of normal housekeeping activities that seem to fill our days.

      I've very much enjoyed my painting class on Thursday morning. There are six or seven individual on any given week that come to the English Speaking Club to enjoy the advice and tutelage of Peter, a lovely volunteer who steers us away from disasters toward a nice outcome. We have a lively time admiring each ...

      Hi...some of you have asked about my blog...yes, it's been MIA (missing in action) lately, probably because we've been living a pretty normal routine. Nothing much to mention as daily life seems to be a bit boring for anyone who's not in the middle of it.       ... almost always trekking ahead of me on our uphill climbs but today he wasn't as keen to forge ahead. On the brow of this ridge the path is a bit narrow and you find yourself just inches from the "edge". Thanks to the help of Bill and a few encouraging "that a boy" Lars managed to get to the TOP! We all had a bit of a celebration as he gave us a raised arm salute! We were then all able to enjoy the views...well everyone but Lars ...

      ... was a bit worried that I wasn't dressed warmly enough but a few minutes later we actually drove through the clouds to a higher spot and into bright sunshine!
