Ian and Sue kindly drove us to Xeraco to catch the train to Valencia, from which we could get a train to Barcelona to pick up the hire car. The train journey is in two parts and it turns out you can't buy a ticket for the whole journey. We stayed till about 7 and than went back to take a shower and get ready to go out for something to eat. We went to a Italian where we had a good pizza. Than I went for a place where they'd show Belgian - South Korea as at most of ...

... an hour to get up to the castle by way of the main historical buildings and allowed an hour to look around the castle before returning by 2.30.
Once that was booked I walked up the hill to the older parts of town and ran into the Tuesday market that had about 40 stalls and catered mainly to the locals. By quarter to twelve I had to sit down and try to order a sandwich and a cuppa to get me through till teatime. It proved more difficult than I thought and I had to settle for ...
