... but Julio's charming personality made us laugh! He'd been in Rome today as well, but had only arrived back at the ship less than 5 minutes before we had set sail due to the train he was on running over an hour late! He began his talk by holding up his trouser legs an announced that he wasn't wearing any socks!!!! We ate dinner with an English couple tonight - quite an interesting pair...they were on their 2nd cruise so far this year and have another cruise booked for ...

... for a full course meal, which I really enjoyed. My favorite was the cheesecake, drizzled in strawberry sauce with more strawberries. The last day in Rome ended on a good note. Overall, my experience in Rome was a great one, and it seems like I was there for more than four days. The sights, the food, and the streets were all new and different, and I loved all of them. Leaving will be sad, but I'm ready to ge to our next stop in ...
