      It was our last day in Rome and we vowed not to set an alarm. However, P and I were still up around 7 and he convinced me to go with him (before my shower *gasp*) to get our first cappuccino at our local Bar.       ... tackle our first and probably only major climb of this trip: 320 steps to the top of the dome, and that's *after* getting a head start with a €7 elevator ride. Some brave souls do the full 550-step ascent unaided. In fact it's not too strenuous a climb, as evidenced by the octogenarian a few steps ahead of us.       Yep.. Wake up to checkout with a mean hangover. A serious hangover this time! We Haven't booked a new room by this stage.
