We had packed our bags the night before, except for the last minute things, breakfast at 8am and off to find a taxi to take us to the Viazul bus station. We had booked our tickets two days before. We had our morning coffee there before boarding the bus.We did not see our bags going onto the bus so Anthea went to investigate and organised the bus officials to collect the bags from the left luggage area! Cienfuegos was a town worthy of a look and that is what we got as we stopped for a night en route back to Havana. We stopped too in Santa Clara, to visit to the Che Guevara museum. After a late start from Trinidad, we arrived in Cienfuegos with just enough time to wander around the grand central square, with it's impressively restored buildings. After continuing though streets full of stalls and shops, we checked in to a grandly decorated casa particular. ...
