    ... was made even better when an old couple flipped their kayak and the entire towing line got mixed up (they were fine).

    Once back we knew that we had little time to have one last swim at Camilo beach with the sun heading downwards. So we power walked all the way to the beach and had one last swim. Dina got the photos she wanted so everyone was happy.

    From there we walked the 25 minutes back to the hostel with a couple of food breaks to break things up. Once back ...

    First on this trip, Angie and I had a few days to recover ( and defrost from the Canberra/Melbourne winter) in Paris with Kate. Alan still toughing it out at home for a couple of weeks as he has a concert to play. Flew to Lisbon for a great week there. What a fabulous city! So relaxed and laid back.....but I feel sorry for the older on earth do they negotiate the hills in the centre of town. ...

    What a stunning day in the south of Portugal. As I mentioned in the last blog the day started off pretty slow having arrived at 5:30am or so bus arrival that was followed by sitting in the reception of our hostel for a long time.

    Well we ended up sitting there until around 10:30am once we both mustered up the strength to get up and get going. I even during that time managed to find myself with my face against the wall sleeping.

    ... Wales urban communities, com first areas. Sustainability very difficult still, some producers even forget to add their own labour to prices. Can't compete with exploited products from Asia which are so cheap. If people start to invest in more local products etc, it will become easier. Hopefully things will change as there will be no more countries left to exploit! We can't carry on loving like this. Similar to welsh cooperatives selling 'lifestyle' as well ...
