What can I say about Liverpool? It is a port city, historical, industrial city. It has a lot of full bars, even on a Sunday. And that's not a good thing From what iv seen its a hard working town. From what I read, Liverpool is a very safe city. It doesn't ...

Reflections on SE Asia

How I wish we were back in SE Asia! Really feeling the chill at the moment. We had many special moments on our trip, in no particular order. - The visit at dawn to Ta Phrom temple - Walking around Angor Watt - The tuk-tuk rides in Siem Riep - Watching the monks parade through Luang Prabang - Breakfast at the waterfalls and cruising back to Luang Prabang on our private boat - The early morning rickshaw tour of Hanoi - ...

What a romantic city!

Liverpool was a balance between York and Manchester. The city life definitely accessible but it was still cosy and romantic. We enjoyed walking along the docks and looking at the ships moored along the shore of the river whilst devouring some epically delicious homemade fudge!

Highlights definitely include the evening spent at the Cavern Club singing and dancing to Beatles tribute songs and the Tuk Tuk drive through the city.

There was no sound on the show, and I could still tell what they were saying because I recognized the episode... I think that means I have seen it way to many times. I had a hot chocolate there, and it was amazing to say I had had a hot beverage at Central Perk. It was the cherry on a great day!

... I shall return one day to dominate you! We then moved on to a small town in the area of Gwynedd, Wales, built around Caernarfon Castle. A quick wander around and then it onto a pretty little town of Llandudno. Wow! It was an attractive seaside resort town in the area of Conwy, Wales with some of the most beautiful architecture. Both Caernarfon and Llandudno were buzzing with old, retired tourists and several cute, old couples meandering around without a worry in the world. We had ...
