... It was a good experience being in a taxi on a busy Monday morning in Paris. Paris drivers are nuts! There are buses, cars, trucks, motorbikes, taxis, bicycles, pedestrians - everybody - just criss crossing over each other like it's nobody's business. Breakfast was a simple but indulgent affair. They sat and ate cakes from "Caelum", an artisan bakery that sources its cakes and sweets, called Temptacions de Monestirs from the nuns at the Cathederal, yum, yum, yum.
