... generally being a huge Gaudi fan at the best of time, but the walking tour guide had been insistent, saying it was the single biggest must do in Barcelona. So after paying the exorbitant entry fee (I guess they have to pay for construction somehow) I went to the construction site not expecting much. However, the guide was right! Yes it's gaudy, overblown and insane, yet it is so unbelievably spectacular in person, the detail is mind blowing, the light inside the building is like nothing ...

... it in, but there was nowhere open that would let me use their bathroom if I wasn't a customer. So I hailed a cab really quickly, and rushed back to my place. After that, I ended up having to go to the bathroom a lot, and feeling really sick. I kept trying to go to bed, and to make the sickness go away. I'll sleep on it, and hopefully feel better tomorrow. For the first time in my life the Easter Bunny didn't find me, and to cheer me up Terry went out early to buy me a croissant.
