Another early morning rise, this time to catch the ferry at 6.30 am. While waiting at the 'port' a little boat brought in some children for school. How cool getting to school by boat. We all fell asleep on the ferry, exhausted from our mini holiday - we'd had a fab time! We made it back to land about 9ish but the drive home was crazy and took about 5 hours. It was a wonderful (and exhausting) Christmas Day.
New Year's was spent in Novaliches, both at Uncle Noling's house and Nanay and Tatay's. Yet another feast, with macaroni salad, grilled tilapia and bangus, ham, and the highlight...relleno ...
