    ... We're finally ready to go to Kansas City...oh, wait, not quite. Because of all the travel delays around the region, the flight crew has maxed out their flight time. We wait about 15 minutes until a replacement crew can be put together.

    Tomorrow afternoon we will fly to Albuquerque and then on to Denver. With no other issues, we should be in Denver around 7:00 Sunday night.

    It's been a long day!

    Of course, we also had some nice and funny evenings and nights. But because the clubs are far away, we didn't go there often.

    At Wednesday night there's free entry for the women to the Club "Blue Martini" in Fort Lauderdale. So we went at Wednesday, the 16th august, to this club. Of course, the ladies got half price of the drinks ;). It was really funny, thirsty, dancing and a long night.

    ... place was deserted, with little or no power. Everything was closed, except for our mostly empty hotel. We decided to leave first thing in the morning for Orlando.

    I've been back to Fort Lauderdale many times since, and love the place! Along with Palm Springs, it's a place that I would consider living if I ever left London.

    First night, as it was a Thursday, I went to a bar called George's Alibi for their weekly Long Island Iced Tea ...

    ... salaries in this way? And 15 to 20%?! Employers, please just pay them what they're worth! But when in Rome...
    8. Wide slits (for voyeurs?) between public toilet doors and their frames.
    9. The overriding negative sentiment towards Obama and everything he proposes - on TV, radio, in the papers. It seems he's fallen out of favour and re-election is not looking likely. But then it's sensationalism and bad news that sells.
