Had an ok night, except for a spider crawling all over me,
but was till happy there was plentiful good strong coffee but the rest of the
breakfast pretty blah!

So we woke up expecting to just go around the downtown area but we got an offer to go on a day trip to Punta del este which is on the coast.

There is a shortage of doctors (go figure!) as many leave for greener pastures where they can make more money. She is a GP but has 3 other specialty areas.
